The concept of Hotel Villa Ombak is to mix the traditional Sasak architecture of Lombok and combine it with modern facilities in a new and unique way. The traditionally styled lumbung huts consist of an upper floor bedroom that can be reached from the adjacent balcony or the open-air living-room area.
The large semi-open bathrooms at the back can be accessed from the bedroom upstairs via a staircase (from an opening in the floor of the bedroom) or from the downstairs living areas.

Superior Lumbung Terrace IDR 1,350,000 ++
A unique traditional Lumbung roof brings you that bit closer to nature with a cozy atmosphere. The two storey buildings with 4 different rooms in one unit allows privacy while on your holiday. All equipped and facilitated with modern ameneties, the spacious terrace is comfortable for sunbathing or just staring into the nights sky while enjoying the marvelous surrounds.
Superior lumbung hut IDR 1,550,000
Consists of an elevated lounging area (the baruga ) set in the cool shade below the Lumbung hut above, or drift into an afternoon nap in the gently swinging hammock below.
Deluxe lumbung hut IDR 1,650,000
The deluxe lumbung huts, with their traditional style, make the most of outdoor tropical living. The spacious terraces are private relaxation areas or sunbathing, or perfect for stargazing. To escape from the mid day heat the lower level offers shade and comfort.
Deluxe family bungalow IDR 1,850,000
These rooms have large sleeping and living areas, spacious semi-open bathrooms, and a Baruga (a big elevated lounging area) integrated with the room which can easily be used as a bed for children or for an extra person.
Deluxe Ombak room IDR 2,050,000
Each Deluxe Ombak Room has a large lounging area ( Baruga ) for daytime relaxation which can be easily transformed into comfortable beds to make this a perfect family unit. The bathroom is semi-open and you can enjoy a shower under the sky next to a small corner garden.

Hotel Villa Ombak is a welcome drink, fruit basket, a flower arrangement in your room, and buffet breakfast.
PLEASE NOTE - All room rates are subject to plus 21% government tax and surcharge.
High Season surcharge applies with additional charge of IDR 350,000 ++ / room / night
Dates - 1st July - 15th September AND 15 December 2012 - 15 January 2013.
Compulsory New Years Eve Dinner - 2012 (31st Dec 2012) - IDR 1,500,000 inclusive per adult, and IDR 750,000 inclusive for children (6 - 12 years old)
Compulsory Christmas Dinner - (24th Dec 2012 Evening) - IDR 500,000 inclusive per adult, and IDR 250,000 inclusive for children (6 - 12 years old)
Extra adult guest IDR 350,000 ++ / room / night (only 1 guest per room, and only available in Deluxe family bungalow, Deluxe ombak room, Lumbung beach cottages and Seaside rooms).
Chidren - Maximum 2 chidren under 12 years allowed in Deluxe family bungalow and Deluxe ombak rooms, lumbung beach cottages, and Akoya pool villas but there is a IDR 225,000 per night surcharge per child. Lumbung seaside rooms will incur a IDR 350,000 surcharge.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS POLICY
1. All Rates above are in INDONESIAN RUPIAH, subject to PLUS 21% Government Tax and Service Charge, Rates include welcome drink and tropical fruits upon arrival
2. Family Plan:
a. Family Plan is applicable to Deluxe Family Bungalow, Deluxe Ombak Room, Lumbung Beach Cottage, Lunbung Seaside Room and Akoyal Pool Vila.
b. Up to 2 children aged 6 - 12 years old, occupying the same room as parents, will be charged IDR 225,000 or equal to Triple Occupancy Rate.
c. For children aged 0 - 5 years old, occupying the same room as parents, will be free of charge or equal to Double Occupancy Rate.
d. Baby Cot is available on request, subject to availability.
e. Baby-sitting service and special baby food can be arranged.
f. Superior Lumbung Terrace, Superior Lumbung Hut, Deluxe Lumbung Hut are Double Occupancy Only and DO NOT ACCOMMODATE FOR CHILDREN OR EXTRA BEDS.
3. Check in & Check out Policy
a. Check-in time is 14.00 hours, early check in subject to room availability
b. Check-out time is 12.00 hours, for late check out until 18.00 hours will be charged 50% of room rate, thereafter the full rates applies.
c. New Years check in / check out policy is the hotel will only accept a minimum stay of 3 days / 2 nights with a check in on or before 30th december.
