Gili Eco Villas is a complex of nine beautiful villas built upon a hectare of majestic land. It is the first eco-friendly villas on the island of Gili Trawangan that is actually doing its utmost to preserve the island’s beauty and future.
The seven villas are built using recycled teak wood and lovingly designed to reach an ultimate balance of art and function without disturbing the natural character of the surrounding environment. Nestled among palm trees and open lawns, each villa is individually decorated and looks out over the breathtaking beach and sea.

Four of the villas are one-story villas. Each villa features two-bedrooms with open air en-suite bathrooms with fresh water showers. An open living and dining area are joined together with a well equipped kitchen.
Two Story Villa

Three of the villas are two-story villas. Each villa features two adjacent bedrooms on the second floor, with a connecting toilet in between. An open air shower bathroom is set on the ground floor.
Next to that is a fully equipped kitchen unit which is a separate room.
The living area is set on the balcony of the second-floor and the dining and sitting area are on the ground floor on a spacious terrace.
Three Story Villa

Two of the villas are three-story villas. Each villa features two adjacent bedrooms on the second floor, with a connecting toilet in between. An open air shower bathroom is set on the ground floor.
Next to that is a fully equipped kitchen unit which is a separate room.
The living area is set on the balcony of the second-floor and the dining and sitting area are on the ground floor on a spacious terrace.
These units also have an upstairs bedroom with spectacular views.

GILI ECO VILLA FEATURES & AMENITIES:
Bedrooms
Each bedroom features a canopied queen-sized bed, is furnished with reading lamps, a desk and chair, has a walk in wardrobe and air-conditioning,. Each bedroom is also equipped with Safety Deposit Box.
Bathroom
Each bathroom features a beautiful fresh water open-air shower, natural stone walls, a glass washbasin, and a toilet. Bathroom amenities such as towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided.
Living Space
The living area is lovingly furnished with intricately woven rattan sofas and plush cushions. The dining area features a luscious teak table that can comfortably sit up to 6 people.
Kitchen
Kitchens in each villa come equipped with a modern gas stove, refrigerator, a full range of utensils and high quality tableware.
Swimming Pool
The stunning swimming pool features a hardwood deck furnished with four single set sun loungers and four sets of dining tables. Adjacent to this is the children’s swimming pool.
Fresh Water & Generator
Gili Eco Villas provides fresh water. In the event of an electricity outage on the island, we use our generator to power the lights and air conditioner.
LOCATION
We are located on the north west part of Gili Trawangan island.
Number of Guests Policy
-Our villas have a maximum number of guests which we ask to be respected.
-Maximum occupancy in 1 bedroom is 2 adult and 1 child under 12 years old.
-For infant 0 – 2 years old, we can provide a baby cot, FOC and subject to availability.
-For child 3 – 5 years old, they are allowed to share bed with parents, breakfast is not included.
-For child 6 – 11 years old, we strongly suggest to take an extra bed at USD 20 per night.
-For a third person aged 12 years old above, we strongly suggest to take another bedroom

OUR ECO PHILOSPHY
Gili Eco Villas promises to maximize your enjoyment on this magical island, while leaving minimal impact on its delicate and precious eco system.
To achieve this, we employ the latest in eco-friendly technologies such as; solar and wind energy generation, a bio-degradable waste-water treatment system, and rubbish recycling. To protect the unique and fragile local marine environment, we are pioneering the latest Bio-Rock coral re-growth technology along the beach-front of Gili Eco Villas.
Our villas are made from Recycled Teak wood.
With the exception of the air conditioning and the pool pump, our entire facility is powered by Solar and Wind energy.
GIlli Eco Villas has established a Bio Rock system in front of the beach. Bio rock accelerates the re-growth of coral reef which in turn supports sea life and prevents beach erosion.
The wastewater from the toilets and showers is recycled through Bio Septic tanks to irrigate the gardens. All organic waste is recycled for use in compositing.
We are doing our best to protect this fragile island, and we want to kindly remind you that you can also contribute to keeping the Gili Islands a beautiful paradise. Take only photos; leave only ripples in the ocean and footprints in the sand.
Our Greenhouse
We are proud to be the only Villa Estate on Gili Trawangan with our own greenhouse and organic vegetable garden. We use recycled grey water to water all seeds and plants on our estate.
We welcome you to visit and enjoy the simplicity of our beautifully constructed bamboo greenhouse. Our vegetable garden is an ongoing venture that at various times involves all of our staff. To promote locally grown produce, our future intention is to supply the island with tomato plants and other organic vegetables. All the earth on our grounds are a mixture of local soil, collected horse and cow manure, a little sand and mulched coconut core.
We take pride in the fact that, not only is our greenhouse a completely organic structure, but our vegetables are also completely organic, a first on Gili Island.
You just have to try our mouthwatering watermelon!
