Room rates are -

Low Season

Ocean view rooms are Rp.600,000
Pool view rooms are Rp.500,000


High Season

Ocean view rooms are Rp.750,000
Pool view rooms are Rp.650,000

Extra bed Rp300,000 per night - max 1 per room

Room rates are quoted per room per night including breakfast, but are subject to plus 21% government tax and service charge.

please note - all rooms are double beds, and are part of a very large 3 bed Villa with shared amenities, and are not individual villas.

Included in your stay with us:

Daily continental breakfast / Hot fresh water / Air conditioning / Full use of Swimming pool, communal longe area with TV and DVD, use of communal kitchen area anf facilities / Bike rental available at an extra cost of Rp70,00 per day / Snorkelling gear rental at a price of Rp.50,000 per day.

Room Occupancy -
Maximum occupation is 2 adults per room. One extra bed per room may be available upon request and charged accordingly. Children under the age of 10 years sharing with parents will be entitled to a 50% discount from the published rate for an extra bed.    


High Season Definition -July 1st - September 30th, December 11th – January 5th / Nyepi Festival / Easter Break


Internet Service -
Wireless Internet connections will be charged at Rp. 35,000 per hour, subject to availability


Breakfast / Snacks menu -

Select your choice of: Fresh warm croissant served with strawberry jam or honey

Bowl of Kellogs Frosties or Corn Flakes with cold milk or Fresh fruit plate with a selection of water melon, papaya, pineapple and banana. Tea or coffee Orange juice or mineral water.

Breakfast is served at any time between 8am and 5pm. Please ask a member of staff to serve you.
